Cancelling an Order

To cancel your order, find it in your account area.

Any orders that can still have edits made will show an 'edit order' option next to it in your account, so long as you are logged in.

When you click on this you will be taken to the order summary page,  and then select 'Cancel Order' in the top right corner.

Please note that you only have a limited period to cancel an order after placing it.  After this period you will be directed to contact customer service who might be able to help, depending on what stage the order is at.
