Did You Know?
We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for important occasions. Regretfully, for about 1% of our orders, our courier provider may not complete the delivery within the specified time-frame.
Our flowers can sometimes arrive slightly dehydrated from their journey. In most cases if you follow our useful care tips here, the flowers will perk back up within 24 hours.
If you're unhappy with the product received or our delivery service, we'd like to add credit to your Appleyard Flowers account to the value of your order* plus £10. This means you can upgrade your next order or add an extra gift such as chocolates or a vase.

If you are redeeming your Happiness Guarantee because you are unhappy with the condition of your product, please include a picture so we can review and improve.
We will typically review this within 3-5 working days and either process it, or contact you if we have any questions. Once we've added your credit, you will receive an email. For information on how to use store credit see here.
