Our flowers are either delivered in a porto (which is when the stems are pushed into a sponge substance to keep them hydrated during transit) or they are wrapped in cellophane and a hydration cloth. This will be sufficient to keep them hydrated whilst on the road, but be sure to cut the stems and put them in fresh water as soon as you can once you have received the flowers.Â
Our flowers do not arrive in a vase or jug of water because of the high risk of water damage in transit. This is common practice for online florists like us.
