Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Make a change from the traditional pigs in blankets with this mouth watering Christmas food appetiser. It only takes 15 minutes to make and 3 ingredients. Just wrap your asparagus tips in prosciutto and drizzle in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, then all you need to do if fry for 2-3 minutes until the prosciutto is nice and crispy. Voila, a simple and delicious appetiser.

Sweet Potato Stackers

Get in the festive spirit with these easy star shaped nibbles! Simply mash your sweet potatoes and grease a baking tray. Fill a star shaped cookie cutter (you could use others too, maybe a Christmas tree or reindeer to be extra festive) with your mashed sweet potato, drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and cook in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes or until they look nice and crispy. Top with mayonnaise mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Please everyone by keeping some of your stackers vegetarian and

Cranberry Camembert Puffs

This Christmas food is perfect as a party or pre Christmas dinner snack - and they're even vegetarian! Cook 1 chopped red onion in a skillet until softened. Then add in 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons of red wine, 5 tablespoons of sugar and 100g cranberries, cooking until it reaches a jam like consistency, then set aside. Roll puff pastry and cut into small squares (around 2.5cm) or if you want to make your pastry a little more festive you can use Christmas cookie cutters! Bake for 10 minuted until golden brown and risen, then simply add a slice of camembert and a teaspoon of sauce then bake in the oven again until the cheese has melted. Yummy Christmas food for everyone!

Christmas Pudding Rice Crispy Cakes

These little Christmas Pudding cakes are a perfect alternative for kids or adults to the real thing and they're extremely simple to make! All you have to do is put butter, milk chocolate, marshmallows and peanut butter (for extra stickiness) in a saucepan, mixing on medium to low heat until everything is mixed together, then pour over rice crispies and raisins, combining everything. Roll into individual balls and pop into cupcake liners to harden. Melt some white chocolate and pop over your crispy Christmas puddings and add icing holly leaves. Dessert that's great for all ages!

Oreo Snowmen Pops

The perfect Christmas food for a dessert at a party! Impress your friends with these cute snowmen. Just pop a stick into the middle of some Oreos and dip into white chocolate and leave to dry (you may want to coat them a few times), then before the last later dries add an orange Jelly Tot or a Smartie for the carrot nose and chocolate chips for the coal eyes and mouth!
