2 - Add Foliage

To begin arranging you will need to create a base to work from. To do this we start by adding foliage and greenery first. This will help you when placing your larger flowers in the following steps. Simply place any greenery or berries like the above bouquet in the vase. There is no need to be fussy about this part as when adding bigger flowers you will be able to work with these and move them to a suited place.

4 - Large Blooms

The final tip is to add in your largest flowers. These will be the focal point of your arrangement, always try to use odd numbers, they have long been heralded by designers and stylists as magical numbers that should be applied to interiors and vignettes to make them look even better. Even numbers create symmetry, but odd numbers create interest. An odd number of details is more effective at capturing your gaze. Place your focal flowers in and around your accent flowers. Always try to distribute them evenly and keep your largest blooms around four fingers apart.
