Refer a friend to Appleyard Flowers and receive £10 referral credit once the friend makes their first purchase over £40 online at AppleyardFlowers.com, the friend you refer will also receive a £15 off referral credit to be redeemed against their first purchase once they have registered ("Promotion"). Vouchers are subject to certain restrictions.

1. To participate in this promotion you must recommend your friend to Appleyard Flowers by using the sharing links provided in your account.

2. When your friend creates an account with Appleyard Flowers, they will receive £15 referral credit. This can be redeemed on their first order on a value of £40.

3. Your referred friend will need to spend a minimum of £40 in order to use the referral credit.

4. You will only qualify for the £10 referral credit if your friend place an order in accordance with the terms of the 'promotion'.

5. You will receive £10 referral credit for each referred friend who places an order with Appleyard Flowers over £40

6. Credit will be added to the referrer's account on the completion of the referred friend's first successful purchase, provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled.

7. Any credit received as a result of a refer a friend scheme referral will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the credit was offered.

8. The referrer must have an account online with Appleyard Flowers.

9. Referrals who create an account and purchase from Appleyard Flowers must be 16 years of age or older.

10. You may only claim a maximum of 50 £10 referral credit additions.

11. We may withdraw or refuse to honour any referral credit where we suspect fraudulent activity. This includes those who attempt to refer themselves.

12. The £10 referral credit cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.

13. In order to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to Appleyard Flowers and over the age of 16.

14. By participating in the referral scheme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and that the decision of Appleyard Flowers is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

15. Appleyard Flowers standard terms and conditions apply to all orders.

16. Appleyard Flowers reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this refer a friend promotion without notice.

17. Any personal data collected for the purposes of the promotion will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Appleyard Flowers privacy policy.

18. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19. The referral credit cannot be used on flower subscriptions .
