Where possible, please choose a date that you know will be convenient for your recipient. We recommend to leave a "special delivery instruction" such as 'leave with a neighbour' or 'leave in a safe place' so the bouquet has a greater chance of being delivered successfully. This can be selected under the special delivery instructions section when purchasing a subscription.
If these options are not available to the courier and they cannot leave the bouquet in a safe place, they will leave a calling card for the recipient advising them of the attempted delivery and a proposed new delivery date. If this date is not convenient, the recipient can contact the courier depot and re-schedule an alternative delivery date or arrange collection.
