Sometimes, if we are unable to get hold of a certain stem, our florists may need to substitute it with a different one. Sending fresh items means we have to turn stock around very quickly, and send orders out in order to ensure items are delivered on time and occasions not missed.


This makes it impractical to get permission from the customer first.


We will only ever substitute for a stem we feel is in keeping with the look of the bouquet and the substituted stem will always be the same or higher value than the original stem. We will also include a note with the bouquet advising that a substitution has been made.
